Carriers
We ship our products using trusted logistics providers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Backorders
If one or more items in your order are on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items first. Once the backordered items become available, they will be shipped separately at no extra shipping cost. Please contact us if you have any special handling requests.
Sign for packages
With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
Standard Return Policy
For items purchased from BLDC.com, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following policies:
- The 30-day return policy applies to unused items in their original condition. You will be required to return the item to our warehouse at your own expense.
- If the return period is exceeded but within 6 months, as long as it is an unused item in its original state, you can still return it. We will charge a restocking fee.
- After starting the return process, you need to complete the return within 14 days, and the money will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving the item.
- If the item you received is wrong, or there are other problems such as violent logistics damage, missing parts, quality problems, etc., please contact us in time for a replacement or refund.
- The shipping address can be modified before shipment. If the goods are already in transit and the delivery address needs to be changed, you will be responsible for the additional cost of changing the address and we does not support returns or refunds for this reason.
