Note:
- This torque value is the rated output value of the reducer, not the final motor + output torque value T after reducer.
- The formula for calculating the output torque after the final motor + reducer: T = rated torque of the motor * reduction ratio * 0.6, and T≤ rated allowable output torque value of the reducer.

Details

Speed - Torque Curve
- Instantaneous maximum torque line: The maximum torque momentarily impacts the load when the motor is started. Exceeding this level triggers the driver's over-current protection, shutting down the motor.
- Short-time operation area: The motor can operate within this torque range for limited periods at different speeds. Prolonged use generates excess heat, which may cause the motor to stop or burn.
- Rated operating torque line: The rated torque of the motor can sustain at different speeds for continuous, long-term operation.
- Continuous operating area: When the motor rotates at different speeds, it runs continuously in this corresponding zone.

Q: What is the difference between BLDC motor and gear motor?
A: A BLDC motor (Brushless Direct Current motor) is a type of electric motor known for its efficiency and durability, while a gear motor is a combination of a motor and a gearbox that provides increased torque and reduced speed. Essentially, a BLDC motor is a specific type of motor, whereas a gear motor is a type of motor application that incorporates a gearbox.
